It’s been an extreme, white knuckle, CoronaCoaster ride – let’s hope that it will be business as usual soon!

We can’t believe we’re almost 12 months into the pandemic – where has the last year gone? 

Ok, I know some of you reading this may feel it has been the longest 12months ever, especially if you’ve been unable to work, but for us, the time has flown by, and we’re really proud of what we’ve achieved. We have remained committed to minimising disruption for our staff and customers and are really proud to have successfully maintained our high standards of service throughout this period.

We are pleased to see the majority of our customers are now back working, even if not at full capacity, and the remaining few are staying strong and will hopefully opening their doors soon. We would like to commend our customers for how they have adapted their businesses over the last 12 months, looking at ways they can continue to operate effectively, just in a different (safe) way, and the best of luck to some who have even taken the opportunity to have started new business ventures.

With restrictions slowly being eased in the UK and the rest of the world, we look forward to soon be able to reunite face to face and hopefully see some of you at the FESPA 2021 Global Print Expo in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

I’m sure this is not the end of the ride – there will probably be a few more twists and turns to come, but rest assured, we will continue supporting our clients in any way we can. However, I don’t think I’ll be listing Furlough Calculations as a skill on my LinkedIn profile just yet – We’ve all had enough furlough to last a lifetime, and something we hope we never have to see again.

We at Brook International have big plans and exciting goals for the next 12 months, and we look forward to seeing how things continue to progress as the lockdown eases.
