Brook International implement safeguarding measures during the coronavirus emergency
Staff at Brook International are having their temperatures taken as concerns over coronavirus grow. This should ensure that we can continue to operate and satisfy our customer’s requirements.
Managing Director Chris Melia said all staff at its factory in Keighley were being tested daily “whether they feel unwell or not”.
It is one of a number of “precautionary measures” to protect the health and safety of our staff and visitors.
In a statement, Chris Melia said he felt the measure was the “responsible” thing to do and we will continue to monitor the situation.
Chris said: “In over 100 years of operations, Brook International has faced many challenges and always emerged stronger.
“We were able to do so because we put our customers, and staff, at the heart of our operation. With that commitment in mind, I am confident that we will overcome this challenging time as well.
“Thank you for continuing to choose Brook International, and keep you, and yours, safe.”
