A message from Brook International


Dear Customers,

After more than three months in lockdown, I am sure you are looking forward to the gradual easing of the restrictions that have dominated our lives since the end of March.

As we slowly move into our new ‘normal’, it is increasingly clear that Covid-19 will still be part of our lives for months to come. And we know from speaking to our customers, that many of you are concerned about the long-term effects of the pandemic on your family and companies wellbeing, as well as a second wave of the virus, the health of your relatives and friends, and the state of the economy during the next 12 months.

With those concerns in mind, I want to take this opportunity to reassure you that Brook International will continue to serve you and your company in the weeks and months ahead.

Buying our textiles safely

As people gradually return to their pre-Covid routines, we are starting to see more regular purchasing patterns from our customers. However, keeping customers and staff safe has been our number one priority throughout lockdown and our commitment to safety remains unchanged as social distancing measures are gradually eased.

Parts of the UK are refining their safety measures to protect our health – be that new social distancing guidelines, or the compulsory wearing of face coverings. As these new changes are implemented, I want to reassure all our customers and staff that we will continue to respect the government’s guidelines.

We will continue to prioritise safety and hygiene in our factory with sanitiser spray and increased cleaning of high traffic areas to give our staff additional reassurance. Should we need to implement stronger measures, such as increased remote working we have the capability to quickly do this.
